Bad customer service

I had been with Miway for about 3years on which i had a good time with them. I traded in the car i had for a better one on which i wanted to stay with them as they were loyal to me since i joined them. Unfortunately i couldn't get the affordable insurance amount with they compared to what other companies offered... I had pressure as it is hard to leave home other challenges, thus when i decided to end up signing again with them. Luckily Stansure called me on the very day 12/06/2013 and offered me same policy for R300 less, Called in on 13/06/2013 spoke to Bonolo requesting to cancell with them. Eas placed on hold for more than 10minutes using my cellphone, call cut off and no one contacted me... I'm now not sure what's their decision as i need to have 1 insurance active
