Ive been a client for quite some time now, i called the call center just to do some clarity on my cheque account as normal, and i have been transferred from one call to another and the last consultant took all my info and did security checks then she tells me that she cannot assist and she will transfer me to the relevent dept again, and i wasted a good 10mins without any help, there i am holding for more than 15-20 and eventualy the line got disconnected, and still i havent got my questions answered, all i wanted is just to get some clarity on my cheque account, i mean how difficult can that be, really...
