Ediculous security questions

Today I phoned in to confirm if my documents was received in good order for an application for a petrol card. Then I was asked to confirm the last two transactions I made on my cheque account and the exact amount. How am I supposed to remember that! Call me stupid but I have a lot of other more important things to remember. How do they expect us to stay in a queue and then when answered ask us to go to our bank statement for info? I am constantly on the road how am I supposed to be able to draw that info in a blink of an eye. I moved over from ABSA because I was expecting better and streamlined service. Maybe I made a mistake.

They should also do something about the call quality on their lines. You keep on having to ask the agent to repeat themselves because of breakup on the line.
