Having a terrible experience with FNB

I opened a cheque account with FNB and my card was delivered to me, I first had issues with picking up my optional card after the 3rd attempt at the Florida branch due to incorrect info given to me by inquiries. Thereafter I tried accessing my internet banking and my one time pin was going to my old cell number which was changed telepathically, I called the call center and the lady asked me some security questions which i answered and to my knowledge it was correct but I was told I did not pass the security test which is absolutely ridiculous. The lady said that I must then go to the branch which I did, Only to find find out that I must now identify myself by a consultant and then call the call center again, She did confirm that my new cell number is updated on the system, The bank was quite full so i could not wait in such a long queue to identify myself when everything is already on the system, I came back home and called the call centre, the gentalmen said that I need to go back to enquiries who must call them. Now this is totally unacceptable from a bank who is always advertising on new offerings and good service but cannot deliver, Please close this acc.
