Perfetic service and time consuming

What I don't understand is that why every time my card is not working and every time i have to go to the branch to provide my id and my proof of resident, why this noncence has to happened every 2 months im getting tired with this poor service is time consuming and i feel is perfetic, I've also gone into 3 of branches on 6 different occasions but why??? My installment is up to date you people u debit my account without falling every month but i dont have access on "my so called credit card"WHY CAN AFRICAN BANK NOT UPDATE MY CREDIT CARD, I called your call center and the lady by the name of Lungile Mtjale she doesnt know what is going on she cant even explain celarly to me why my card is not working, i was told that the problem is with FICA that blocked my card and that I must resubmit the documents my quetion is for how long must i do it how offern?? Why must i waist my precious time for african bank, again & again and again then again I went to the same branch to resubmit the same documents and was promised that my card will be activated. Even now as I am typing this complaint, my card is still not active despite several calls I made to the call centre??? this is making me sick.
