No Response

I applied for a petrol card and received an SMS saying I would be contacted within 48 hours - it has now been over two weeks and no one has contacted me. I have relocated to Cape Town and requested the card be sent to a branch here but have no idea which branch it is. I need to know where and when I can fetch my card. I sent an email but no one has come back to me either. It's frustrating as I usually don't have any issues with FNB.
