Amazing follow up from Anita Scott

A few months back I lost my Woolworths rewards card at your Willowbridge branch. Upon trying to get a new one, there was so many issues that I decided to leave it as it was a rewards card and not a store card. About a week ago I received an email for a mystery shopper customer satisfaction email, based on purchase I made at the Parow centre branch. I replied to the email by saying i had lost my card months before, had too many issues getting a new one back and do not shop at that branch, therefore whoever picked the card up must have used it. Anita promptly responded to investigate. this mornign I got an email apologising for the inconvenience and a notification that the relevant department would be contacted to have a new card issued.
A big thanks to Anita for taking the initiative on this, and going the extra mile for me. What a pity that customer service agents of her calibre is such a rarity. The card renewal is just a bonus, but your can do attitude truely made my day!!
