First National Bank
Card cloned & FNB wants to hold me liable!

On the 20 May 2013 I received sms's notifying me that someone had made purchases with my debit card. I immediately knew these where fraudlent and procceded to call the call centre to have my card blocked. On perusing my bank statements on internet banking I learnt that there was also a fraudlent purchase on the 14th of May 2013. I submitted my claim to your dept and upon quering it yesterday I was told that FNB have decided to hold me liable as I should have picked up the transaction on the 14th! I strongly disagree with this as I have EVERY SINGLE SMS from Fnb in contact and you will see that 1. I NEVER RECEIVED A MESSAGE FOR THE 14TH TRANS! 2. THE BAL OF MY LATEST LEGITIMATE PURCHASE AND THE TRANS AFTER THE 14TH MATCHED! Therefore how is it possible that I was in any which way negligent? I will fight to the end of the earth to get my HARD EARNED money back! If you systems fail, that cannot be my problem! I have done every thing I can possibly do as a reasonable person not to let anyone get a hold of my personal details! My pin is secure and never made public! Plus I IMMEDIATELY notified Fnb of the activies. Please resolve this. I'm a loyal hard working client
