I sent an affidavit and other documentation to RCS on the 23rd May 2013 at 19:19 regarding a transaction which was made on my account on the 14th May 2013 and requested that the matter be investigated and the purchase be removed from my account.
Never was I informed that my account was on hold and in June I made a payment on my account which was gladly accepted by RCS.
I went to Dion Wired today to make a purchase on my card but was first told by the staff member in store I cannot use my Coricraft RCS card in Dion Wired and thereafter I was told by a call centre operator over the phone that I am not allowed to make a purchase as my account is suddenly on hold. I was not aware that it is on hold. I make my monthly payments and I do not think it is fair that, due to the investigation going on, I cannot use my account. I am in a position to positively identify myself and was, due to this nonsense terribly embarrassed in front of the staff at the store.
I EXPECT to hear from RCS on the 25th of June and I EXPECT that the matter is resolved in my favour. The transaction was made because RCS in the first place dont impose proper safety controls on accounts.
