I received 2 refunds to a Stopped/Expired Debit MasterCard, funds still not showing after 24 days. Standard Bank stopped the card because I made an enquiry about these two deductions, even after I told them that I got hold of the companies and requested refund for both, both refunds was made, the one was made 25/06/2013 for amount of $67 and other one was made 03/07/2013 for amount of $135. Standard Bank please advise asap, both companies said that you guys received the money and the refund has been completed, but these funds is not in my account as yet. If I owe STD Bank money then I am liable to pay interest on it, so can I charge interest, pain and suffering and emotional distress to STD Bank? Maybe after 15 years being a loyal customer of STD Bank it is time to move to the Innovative Bank. Isn't that so Steve?
I even logged a secure message with STD Online Banking and nobody phone me since 16 Jul. And the secure message terms and conditions state that someone will contact you within 24 hours. Yahhh Right.
