While looking through my bank statement i noticed a monthly deduction of R170 with a reference InsurancePremiumTelesure7774487349490, i found this strange so i decided to enquire, i phoned Telesure & explained the situation to the consultant Tshidi which confirmed that the ref. was their's & the the cover was for Dents/scratches, life policy & something else which i found very strange because i drive a company car & hadn't owned a car for years, i was told that it was for a car i had previously owned & that the insurance for that car had been cancelled on the 31 July 2009, i explained to her that surely that policy had to be cancelled at the same time as the budget insurance & that i as unaware that it formed part of another company, i was under the impression that it all formed part of budget insurance which i had at the time, she explained that i would get a refund for the dents/scratch cover but on the other covers she would have to listen to the recording & determine if the consultant had advised me in regards to the cancellation of the added covers. I have been refunded for the the dents/scratch covers but not for anything else so i would like a solution/explanation. Thanks
