I have a loan with the above, they deducted a double debit order from my account without telling me. I called on Monday 03/06/13 and was told that they would refund the double deduction, R2400.00. They said it would take 3 to 7 working days to clear in my account. Well come the following Monday I called to be told it will be back in my account by the end of work on that day, well still nothing, I called on Wed and Thurs to be told the same lie. I just called them now and they tell me the double will not be returned to my account. All the call are recorded and I want all the tapes so I can sue for them from my account as well as liying to me over and over again. I have bills to pay so will simply cancel that debit order and they get nothing
