On 25 October 2013 I requested statements for account: BCHAO8001 from the period of Jan 2012 to date. The account was opened by one of our tenants and then transferred in the complex name in Jan 2012 and since then we have not received a statement. I was asked to email my request after speaking to 4 different people which I did, I was then told that they can only supply me with 6 months worth of statements which I received, I then requested to speak to a manager. I was referred to Sanet Korff-I explained my problem to her and she said that she needs a letter and a copy of my ID which I emailed to her 5 times, to date I have not received my statements. I get no emails in return to my requests. I have consented to pay the per page rate and have emailed and called repeatedly. I think it is a disgrace that my requests are ignored and that I have to fight for my statements and yet my account is paid in full every month
