Dear Peter,
As a Prime Meridian customer, I called in to council my cover with them. I was told to email all details to [Email Removed]
With that told to me, I sent 5 emails to the same address and it kept coming back. When I called to be assisted I was told that I should keep trying and that my cover will not be councilled before they get my email.
With that all said, This means that they can't stop the cover and they will continue debiting my account for what I don't need anymore.
Peter please help.
