Prime Meridian Direct
Disappointed

I have a hospital cover with prime meridian. I called to register a claim, the consultant told me they will call me back to finalise the registration, nothing happened. i called so many times unfortunately i was told the same thing "we will call you back to finalise the claim"
now I really don't know what to do. I personally suggest that their consultants needs some basic customer care training course, because their worry is to get clients, but service delivery is not on their priority list.
