I took up an insurance with prime meridian a year ago and my first claim was a damaged windscreen, n was told my cover doesn't hv windscreen on it which I was not told about it, I spoke to Athi lady who told me that my claim needs to be sent for approval, then I was transferred to a guy Piety who told me I sent him fotos, I'd, and a quotation, I did, after endless calls he finally tells me to add a 95rand extra for widsreec cover which they already deducted and the 13th December 2013 he tells me his manager didn't approve, Peter what are my right to this matter I need all my contributions back as I didn't get any service from them, my I'd nmbr is 7609100406082. Thank you.
