Prime Meridian Direct
Breaking the ECT Act of 2004

Prime Meridian Insurance has now broken the law by contacting me with advertising material that I specifically opted out of.. I am sick and tired of these marketing smses. (Consumer Protection Act Chapter 2 Part B Section 11 c (1))

I opted out on Thursday the 8th of November 2012 and specifically told them not to contact me with marketing anymore (https:///prime-meridian-direct/complaints/prime-meridian-unprofessional-behaviour-934309) is evidence enough that they were well aware that I wanted to opt out. I have recorded telephone calls as well.

In accordance with the law - I requested where they got my information and they have yet to give me this information.

If this does not stop - and you stop blaming your advertising agency - I will be taking the matter further.
