I applied to be placed under debt review in 2009. The court order was granted and I have started paying my creditors punctually every month via debit order. I have an ABSA ct card and revolving loan account with ABSA. Everything was fine and they received their agreed monthly payments. In September 2013 I suddenly start receiving phone calls informing me that I am in arrears, will be handed over and no longer on debt review. I have subsequently sent ABSA 4 e-mails with attached copies of the court order, proof of monthly punctual payments etc. Yet, the phone calls do not stop. Special mention must be made of Kubashnee Pillay at ABSA that NEVER responds to e-mails.
