It is not often that we report on good customer services. Yesterday I went to the Brackenfell branch to deposit money and get some change. I deposited the money and left. About ten minutes later (half way down the R300) I realised that I did not get my changed and noticed that I did not have the money for the change on me. I therefore assumed that I had left it at the bank and with the time lapsed, it would of been picked up and put in the finders pocket. I kissed it goodbye. Not even two minutes later I got a call from the bank to say that I was the last person to fill out the deposit slip in a certain place and that my money had been found and I can fetch it when I am next in the bank. Now that is what I call customer service.,

Well done and thank you to the staff of the Brackenfell branch.
