Bad customer service

I went to deposit the money at capitac central park branch in Bloemfontein, I was suppose to deposit R250 with R300 and get R50 change, the consultant told me that she doesn't have a change, I must go and look for change. I find it so strange that the bank don't have a change??? OK I went and look for two R50s, when I came back the gentleman before me had the same problem, the same consultant manage to ask for change from the customers, then it was my turn to be assisted by the same consultant, then I asked her why didn't she do the same with me, she by saying there was no one after me but there were people after me, and then she went on by saying if raised my voice she would have helped me, with a pathetic attitude. I asked her name she said ' Zoleka' with attitude. I don't understand really what have I done wrong to deserve this kind of service? Is it the kind of service I will get every time I want to deposit the money at central park branch? I think that lady deserve to work at the filling room not with customers, I'm very disappointed with our people really. I left and deposit at sanlaam plaza branch what an excellent service I hope that lady should learn from that bran
