Honesty, Integrity and excellent customer service

This message I should have sent already, two weeks ago I paid an account at the Nedbank Branch in Brackenfell. I need to reiterate that I do not have a current account with Nedbank so I have minimal or to say no dealings with Nedbank. But to my amazement, wonderful, friendly tellers. When I left the Bank I realised I misplace a R40 and I was not sure I where I left it. I told myself, that surely if it was at the Bank it would have been gone by the time I went back. So I made peace with myself that I misplaced it. An hour later I receive a telephone call from the Branch, I was totally baffled as I left no contact details on the deposit slip, but they contacted the company explained the situation and they provided my details and they then traced me to my work. All that trouble just for a forty rand. Thank you so much Nedbank, you have given me faith that there are people with integrity. i am definitely changing to Nedbank, what more can you do for me if you provided such excellent service for a forty rand and I told all my colleagues at Eskom, they are so amazed at the honesty and excellent service. Well done and Thank you
