Cant account for an account

I have recently started banking with standard bank due to the fact that i was accepted as a student in a learnership programme. i am a single parent and i depend highly on the little amount i get for me an my son. on Sunday i went to deposit R500 to the auto bank ATM that uses envelopes because i couldn't use the cashless ATM. since my brother once used it, i thought i could count for it because i didn't want to misuse the money. monday i realised that the money hadn't cleared and i couldn't go to the bank because i had an exam. yesterday, i went to query and the consultant told me that it was suppose to have cleared and there is a chance that i did not deposit any money. im depply hurt because i work hard for that money for someone whose going to dismiss me as a . she didnt look into it as i produced evidence that i took money from nedbank on sunday at the same place and deposited R500 to standard bank at the same place. peter i need your help because i need that money and i realied on the safety of their machines. im truly in need of help to resolve this matter.
