Not delivering good service

Last week I went to Capitec Bank at Alliwal branch to open an account and they refused to help me said my ID book is old it looks like I putted it on water of which is wrong, yesterday I went again to deposit money I was helped by Bianco Hoosen and he was so rude to me, he said I have to wait for 20 minutes as they are loading money, even people that was coming to do enquires was being told to wait for 20 minutes because they are loading money.. When I asked him for your tel.number to report their bad service all the staff was talking and laughing at me as if I'm stupid in front of other customer's.
