I must say i am greatly disappointed in the service that i got from this company, my phone was which was giving me lots of problems, i sent my claim which was approved yesterday and now they want me to get the same phone that used to give me problems before yet i requested that i get another phone of similar value. I beleive they consider the value of the phone and not the type of the phone. Thando gave me a very bad attitude when i inquired about this and he even had the guts to tell me that they dont do upgrades but replace the same phones and i felt that was uncalled for. I called two MTN, branches and they all told me the same things that its possible that i can get another phone and if its higher than what i had insuared will have to pay the difference of which i didnt have a problem with that. I feel this is not fair because the value of the phone depriciates but my premiums never go down so why should i suffer with this insuarance Company honestly???
