I just don't know what to do and what to expect anymore from MiWay, On the 27/05/13 after I complained on HelloPeter, I got a call from MiWay and I was given 2 options to choose whether the car should be written off or get it back and fix it with the amount that was offered to me and I chose to write it off. I have handed them all the necessary documents on my side and my claim was handed over to Minca on the 03/06/13. She promised to give me feedback as she was still busy with the validation of my claim which was on the 05 June and I have sent her an email the following day and she never got back to me until today. Is it a normal practice that the processing of the claim takes more than a month? Please help me out, am I impatient here? The initial claim was lodged on the 09/05/13 but still waiting for the validation.
