We got burgled on sat 12 Oct, I have lodged a claim with Miway Claim # 492 035 Monday morning 14 Oct at 9h00, today is the 17th and still no feedback on the process of my claim, all they keep telling me is they need to appoint an investigator for my claim and that is all, I'm not happy with this at all.
