I withdrew cash from an ATM at Riverview Centre and my money did not come out, im called them and they confrimed to me that they had reversed the transaction and i can go and withdraw my money. i did but after a few days i received an sms that i have overdrawn. i called then and it seemed they had reposted the money and i had to go to the branch to sort it out., i went to flora centre and they called the card division only to be told they will reverse my money on Monday.to my surprise my debit order was high due to them deducting this amount and they had said they did sort it out.i called the call centre and talked to Zaynap Khan and she said i should go to the bank to complete an atm claims and they will escalate the matter and i will get my money in 5days. i went to Standard bank clearwater and they did the query. i called Card Division again (Zinhle) to tell them i have done the forms and they should escalate it but now they tell me i should wait the normal 21 days and query with the branch. im fed up of people who do not know what they are doing and going to and from. im so dissapointed and fed up with their stories. Customer serviced is horrible.
