R1750 from my acc and refuing a refund

MONEY WAS OFF MY ACCOUNT, I CALLED THE DIVISION TO LET THEM KNOW THEY SAID THEY WOULD INVESTIGATE AND GET BACK TO ME WITHIN 10DAYS BUT I HAD TO KEEP CALLING THEM AND KEPT GETTING PUT THROUGH TO WRONG DIVISIONS PEOPLE TELLING ME DIFFERENT STORIES UNTIL THEY GAVE ME CALL TODAY ASKING THEM TO SEND ME TO FAX A COPY OF MY CARD AN HOUR LATER THEY CALLED AND TOLD ME MY CARD WAS NOT DUPLICATED / CLONED AND THAT THEY WOULD NOT REFUND MY MONEY BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT .I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHERE HAS MY MONEY GONE AS I HAVE NOT TAKEN MONEY OUT OFF MY ACCOUNT IF THIS IS THE TYPE OF TREATMENT STANDARD BANK GIVES THEIR CLIENTS ESPECIALLY WHEN MONEY IS WITHDRAWN FROM THEIR ACCOUTS, SORRY TO SAY BUT ID RATHER ADVISE PEOPLE TO GO TO OTHER BANKS .I WANT TO KNOW WHERE HAS MY MONEY WENT, I JUST TOOK THIS UP WITH THEIR COMPLAINTS RESOLUTION CENTRE!!!F.Y.I IM GOING TO TAKE IT UP WITH THE OMBUDSMAN CAUSE I WANT MY MONEY BACK
