Called the customer care line today regarding my late MOm's policy,
Before I could even state the reason for my call HEllen was telling me that she can see that I have already called in and was referred to claims department, and she cannot assist me,
1. Refused to listen to the reason why I called.
2. Kept on interrupting me when I speak, passing the buck by referring me to claims department.
I am not claiming anything but here I am being referred to that department by 2 irresponsible agents,
Who to me are pure lazy and have a dont care attitude. I need someone who will listen and be more professional to deal with from Sanlam. Is it too much to ask.???
