On the 18/02/2013 i went to draw money using my master card. the atm switched off retained my card & i got the sms saying the money came off the account however i did not get the money. the same time i called in to cancel my card. i then went to the louis botha branch filled in a claim form, the consultant told me it will take two weeks for the atm to be reconciled & the money would be returned to my account. today i get an email from the division saying it is not a case & i need to relog the query. i called credit card division to ask what is going on they put me on hold for 15min get back to me & say there is no notes. what is going on??? can anyone rely on standard bank any longer??? is this the only way to resolve queries???
