FNB - How can we NOT help you

I have been trying to find out what the status is om amending my home loan documents for 2 weeks now. When I applied for the home loan last year, I was still single. Now the development is completed and we need to register the bond, but I got married in the meantime. The attorney requested that all the documents from FNB that still stated that I was unmarried should be amended to state that I am married. I spoke to a gentleman from FNB on Friday afternoon and he informed me that they still require our prenuptial contract to process the amendment. The attorney then forwarded the documents to them on Friday, and I myself faced the documents through yesterday (Monday) afternoon. Today when I again enquired about the status of the amendment, so one can seem to find the application on the system, I have been diverted to two different departments but no-one is able to assist. I then phoned the first number again, and the lady miraculously found the application. She then informed me that they did receive the documents, but it was scanned trough on the reference number and not the bond account number, which she then requested to be re-sent. I am so disappointed in the poor service from FNB
