I made a loan with FNB and the person working on my application is Queeneth Charzen and her email [Email Removed] My application was sent on on before the 09 May 2013; the same day i.e. the 09 May Queeneth Charzen sent an email that my form did not indicate my marital status which i amended and sent immediately.
On Tuesday 14 May 2013 I called Queeneth Charzen who sounded a bit confused as if she never received any documentation from me. The reason I called is because I received a call from my HR department with a query that FNB didn't receive any documentation from me, then I took it upon myself to call Queeneth Charzen to say that I had already sent the documents and she assured me that 17 May 2013 Friday I will receive an sms confirming loan payment.
This morning because I had not received any sms since Friday I followed up through my HR department and it seems that the documents that I had amended and sent to Queeneth Charzen have not been submitted at all because the call centre agent who answered the call said the my documents were received and a query was made that my marital status was not specified and therefore loan application rejected.
I find this services totally
