Good Day,
I have applied and completed all documentation on Friday the 7th of June 2013 for a loan, expected to be payed out already. I have called the southdale branch and head office but it seems there is no urgency in resolving and making payment.
As I understand, I was approved and provided all supporting information, however the timelines has made it difficult to pursue getting a loan elsewhere as African Bank are not concerned in finalising my loan.
I need this to be resolved asap as I need to find alternatives but with such delays it makes it difficult to do so?
