Account send to the Credit bereau

HI,

I had an account with Std bank of which I settled and it was closed successfully but std bank did not update credit bereau. That record it coming up and affecting my credit life now and I need a letter to prove that but no one is willing to help.

I phone and they also send a mil to credit bereau of which I need a letter confirming that I settled so that I can continue.

I need someone to assit me with the letter confirming the account settled and closed and not to refer me asseblief.
