Waited too long for response

I applied for a short term loan at African Bank on Tuesday 30 July 2013 and the head office called me the following day to confirm if I did apply for a loan but since then no one ever called me and I am the one who walk in to the branch even call the consultant for feedback. I believe that a loan is made by someone who need money as soon as possible and when it take this long to get a feedback its really doesn't really help you in what you wanted to use the money on when you applied for a loan. I am still waiting and I am not even sure if I really need it anymore the way the process is been dragging.
