I phoned Dotsure on Wednesday, 22 May 2013, and asked them to please cancel my policy, last cover date to be the 31st of May 2013.
Precious did a re-qoute to try and get me to stay with them but the excess was too high and I asked her to rather cancel the policy.
On 7 June, a premium of R775 was deducted. When I phoned, I learned that the policy was NEVER cancelled. Now they are saying that is going to take a week for me to get my money back!! For what? Precious did not do her job, and now I have to suffer?
This is unacceptable. I want my money back TODAY!
