I would like to compliment Precious Skosana of Dotsure insurance for all the wonderful work that she does. Precious is really friendly and knows how to interact with people. As a first time buyer of insurance from Dotsure, I was a bit unsure onthe company as it was the first time I heard of them, but I actually thank for bringing to my attention. I have never had a problem which was left unresolved with the company. Precious made me feel that I to am part of the family. She is very friendly and makes sure that customers are fully aware of all the details pertained in a policy. She always does her best and makes sure she gets back to you on time. You never have have to wait for her for a long time to respond. What I like the most is that she calls in sometimes just to ask if you still ok with the policy and you don't have any questions, to say thank you for remaining part of the family. She really goes the extra mile. I would like to say thank you for the wonderful job she does and that I would recommend Dotsure insurance to anyone who needs a piece of mind.
