Dotsure phoned me for insurance on my vehicle. I decided to take the insurance policy. When they debited on my account they took about R400 more then they should have. So I phoned them to find out that they have included house insurance that I didn't ask for. I then told them to cancel and that they would phone me back, but they never had.
