I Phoned 24 Houir Mobility as I had noticed my insurance was not being debited off my account. When i Phoned the lady informed me that my policy has laps and that i would have to get insurance else where. I did not receive a single phone call at all, apparently it stopped in dec 2013 already. This is Pathetic!!!
I was told that they cannot load a new policy for the same cellphone!!! and the old policy could not be reinstated!!!
