ABSA pathetic serice


I have written an email more than 24 hours ago to ABSA to complain about something and still no response. So I called them and 3 times I explain my situation and then they put me through to the next department and 3 times I got cut off. Now I remember why I moved most of my accounts away from ABSA, because you cant complain about the service because there is NO service. SO I will write something here everyday until it gets sorted out.
