FNB D/C Dispute-Non Response from Customer Service

I'm absolutely horrified at FNB's non response to my screams for help!!! At the end of December 2012 money was removed from my FNB cheque account without my written consent. I have since then been trying with no joy to have the matter resolved. FNB has made no attempt to contact nor to resolve the matter, but has seen it fit to hand me over for legal proceeding!!! I have logged two complaints, one with FNB's Customer Care Centre (ref#291672) and the other with FNB's Twitter Guru RB Jacobs (ref#254370). Non of which I received any communication other than the automated e-mail responses that someone would make contact with me. I'm still waiting!!!

Their eagerness to take money from my account without any legal grounds and their total total disregard for my well being as my service provider, topped with their no care attitude to make contact with me or to resolve the matter is beyond comprehension!!!

The service is chocking!!!
