Logged a complaint on 28/01/2013 and what a joke!! Checkers didn't even bother to call or to even look at my complaint, all I see on the website is this - "As discussed this matter has been resolved by the relevant department with your bank. You are more than welcome to contact me on the details provided should you have any further questions. I thank you for the opportunity to resolve the matter. Kind Regards Dean Olwage
Customer Relations." WHAT!!! Can't believe it, my complaint was never about a bank or anything like it., my complaint was regarding a different matter. Oh well I guess Checkers is just worried about quantity instead of quality. Lets resolve complaints without even looking at them, just to keep the stats looking good on Hello Peter, never mind the customer we are after quantity and we don't want to look bad so we don't care how we resolve the complaints. Guess this is Checkers new motto that they going for, well guess you lost a customer because I will rather go to President Hyper and shop there, as they make a customer feel important and dont just see you as a number and money. Sorry Checkers but you dont care about your customers!!!
