My car was written off last year and my insurance paid back the bank but there was a short fall. My account was deducted each month. But my account was paid up and MFC Nedbank are still deducting money from my account prior to my account being settled The legal consultant has been unreachable for statements in order to keep track of my payments. I have been in contact with the call centre on numerous occasions and notes have been made on the system for Her to contact me. But she has not made any attempt I have also laid a complaint with the email address provided for complaints and I have also not been contacted to resolve my issue. I feel that this is unacceptable that no one can assist me but She is unreachable. I am very unhappy and I would like my money to be refunded immediately! I am not prepared to wait any longer!!
