My wife and I are living apart and getting divorced. So when I invest money in Satrix it is not in my interest for her to receive details of that investment. I have sent Satrix my new details several times. If I go on to the Satrix web-site and choose 'My Details' I get two options 'View My Details' and 'Edit My Details'. If I choose 'View My Details' I see my old physical and postal addresses. If I choose 'Edit My Details' I see in both columns my correct, new, addresses. I have lost count of the number of emails and phone calls (we are experiencing heavy call volume and are unable to take you call) I have made and received in trying to get this fixed. It is still not fixed. Nothing I do or say seems to have any effect. If they can't manage my contact details, what are they doing with my money?
