We put in request that our money invested with them be paid back on 21 Feb. It took several phone calls, pleading, crying and threats to get them to pay out our money by 11 March. No promise was kept in the whole proses and I think my threat to go to the Financial services Board is the only thing that has made me get any reaction at all.
Needless to say all my bonds debit orders etc failed due to SATRIX's behaviour. Once they explained that it allways takes 7 working days (when we made the investment the promise was your money is available immediately and 3 unit trust companies proved to me in the last month that although they do not make the same promise as SATRIX they are indeed able to give you your money back in 3 working days) I did in fact count off the 7 days before contacting them again whilst facing calls from my bank each day only to hear they've done nothing thus the 7 days hasn't even started. I broke down in tears on Thursday 7 March when I was not sure where my children will get food for their evening meal only to be told SATRIX will look at my request the next day. Needless to say nothing was done untill my threat on 11 March when it suddenly was done withi
