Very disapointed in MI way with claim handling

I have been constantly calling MI way with regard to the claim I made after my car was involved in the accident, and got no real progress on my claim. My claim handler is not interested to update me about anything. I have never spoken to her. Her number I was given is always on voice mail, there is always an excuse when I ask to be transferred to her. It has been more than two weeks and nothing is happening with regard to my claim. I have supplied all the information that was required and yet no one is interested in working on my claim. I have huge regret on joining this company thinking I will be attended when I require help.
