Pathetic English

I sent in a query to Satrix, and this is the response I received:

'Kindly avatar into your account click on "Literature Library" and then Product Fact a box will come up where you will be able to download the Fund fact sheets.'

I don't expect the queen's English. Just plain language. It's just pathetic that they can't be bothered how they communicate with clients.

"avatar"? Is that a verb now??
