To whom it may concern:
Friday Night I walked into your Kuils River Branch at 19h00, I placed my order at 19h06 according your till (Inv#245744 order 159)
I FINALLY walked out at 20h00, this after only ordering two Large Chips, not an entire three course meal.
I was never advised that tow large chips would have to be pealed, washed, cut (please noted my sarcasm) and prepared prior to being ready.
Upon enquiring about the time period your Cashier (as per Cash Slip) Cikizwa Mbangula still pulled a attitude telling me she called the order out as "TWO LARGE CHIPS, TWO LARGE CHIPS"...
Guess What?.. Orders are called out by the Order No within the Shop!!!
I find this type of Service as stated in the Subject as Pathetic...
FYI there where other customers complaining as well .. one gentleman waited over 60 minutes for two burgers...
