BAD SERVICE AND GIVING FALSE INFORMATION

This is not the first time I am putting in a complaint towards Nedbank.
This is the most pathetic and unprofessional service I have had in all my years with the banks.
I gave myself up for Debt Rehabilitation last year and since then additional cost and false information has been added on my personal loan account. The Debt company I am with, even received false information from Nedbank and when confronted them in this regards, I did not get a response neither an apology.
Now the Debt company has finalised my Debt payments through the Magistrates Court, I still receive letters that the Nedbank account will be terminated due to non-payment.
I am so sick and tired of phoning this bank, as the people working in the Debt department are completely unprofessional and therefore do not listen to a word a said on the recording.

Yet they advertise as a bank the "LISTEN" to their customers.

Another instance, I went and closed my son's savings account and expected the little money that was in the account to be paid out back to him. This was not the case. I was told in an very unfriendly and rude manner that I will not get a sent back because I must pay to close the account.
