I have received a call from their call centre regarding an outstanding account I have no clue about. I requested they send me a statement in order to check this, and they did send it.
In their mail they list their e-mail as [Email Removed] but it does not work. All mails to that address returns as failed. I tried sending a mail to the e-mail address [Email Removed] as shown on Hellopeter and that does not work either.
How do they expect one to query anything if they are unreachable? I am working in Afghanistan and cannot call their 086 number. Do they expect that one should just pay for something you have no recollection of?
